Surface International has introduced Hanger Type shot blasting Machines (Economy Class) having girder across the cabinet. The girder is equipped with hand push type trolley two number for loading and unloading purpose.
The machine comprises two blast wheel which which throw abrasive in upward and downward direction. The hanger rotates in middle of cabinet thus all the parts loaded on hanger are perfectly cleaned.

The blasting time can be preset through timer. After cycle is over the blasting is stopped and the hanger is taken out manually after opening the door. Second hanger is introduced from other side. With two hangers, loading and unloading on one hanger can be carried out when the other hanger is in operation in the machine. This increases the productivity of the machine substantially. For heavier jobs hanger with electric hoist can be provided.

The doors are closed and blasting is started. The machine is fully equipped with abrasive recovery and cleaning system, Fabric bag type of dust collector, electricals. control panels etc. The entire work cabinet is lined with manganese steel liners to retard wear and tear. The doors of the machine have limit switch for safety purpose. When door is opened the blast wheel will not operate.
