Surface
extends its expertise
for right selection
of dust collectors
as Choice of the
correct model
of dust collector
is integral to
any closed blasting
system. It is
very essential
to remove dust
and fine abrasive
particles from
the environment
of the blast chamber
to maintain the
efficient operation.
We supply 3 latest
varieties of industrial
dust collectors
of different capacities
of international
product quality
(1) Cyclone Type
(2) Fabric Bag
Type
(3) Reverse pulse
jet Type
1.
Cyclone Type dust
collectors:
They have efficiency levels of 92-98%, depending on particle
size..
As dust
laden
air mixture
enters
the cyclone
,it creates
a vortex
due to
centrifugal
action.
The heavier
particles
get separated
from the
fine particles
and settle
down at
the bottom
while
fine particles
remains
suspended
and get
exhausted
into atmosphere
. the
emission
level
depends
upon the
amount
of dust
concentration
in inlet
air ,
particle
mixture
size analysis
and design
of cyclone.
Particles
upto 150
microns
are released
into atmosphere.
2.
Fabric Bag
type dust
collectors:
The
Fabric Bag shaker-type
dust collector
uses proven technology.
The unit has a
series of bags
that are mounted
on a tube sheet.
Dust laden air
is drawn into
dust collector
through inlet
due to suction
created by the
exhaust fan and
process through
the fabric bags
finer particles
get deposited
on inner surface
of fabric bags
and clean air
passes out and
then exits into
the atmosphere
through outlet
. Bags are hung
from a suspension
spring system
and a motor activates
or shakes the
suspension system.
Particles upto
10 microns are
released into
the atmosphere.
Manual and automatic
shaking of bags
are provided.
3.
REVERSE PULSE
JET TYPE DUST
COLLECTION SYSTEM
:
This
is the latest
type of dust
collector. When
suction is created
by exhaust fan,
dust laden air
is drawn into
dust collector
and it passes
through bags.
The dust gets
deposited on
the outer surface
of bags and
clean air flow
through the
centre passage
of bags into
clean air plenum
which exits
into atmosphere
through outlet
duct. It uses
compressed air
to clean the
dust collector
bags. A series
of solenoid
valves open
and feed compressed
air through
a manifold pipe
that blows down
a row of bags,
blowing the
dust that collects
on the outside
of the bag down
into the hopper.
Reverse-air
pulse-jet dust
collectors are
available in
bag-type units
or in cartridge-type
units.
Particles upto
1 microns are
released into
the atmosphere.
